Minimum Investment

The minimum investment amount is $10,000 USD (or equivalent in PKR/USDT at prevailing exchange rates).

Investment Strategies

We offer two investment strategies: Conservative — a lower-risk strategy focused on capital preservation, weighted toward T-Bills, PSX, and stable assets; and Moderate — an actively managed, higher-risk strategy focused on capital growth across digital assets, FX, and equities.

Important: Past performance does not guarantee future results. All returns are subject to market conditions and are not guaranteed.

Discretionary Management

You grant Ensova Capital Management full discretionary authority to manage your portfolio across FX, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Crypto, and Money Market instruments without requiring trade-by-trade approval.

5. Profit Sharing

Ensova Capital Management operates on a pure performance-based model:

  • Profit Split: 50% Investor — 50% Ensova
  • Management Fee: None — we only earn when you earn
  • Calculation: Net profits after all trading costs and expenses
  • Distribution: Monthly, between the 1st and 5th of each calendar month

6. Risk Management

We apply a defined risk framework including diversification across asset classes and a maximum 10% drawdown limit per mandate, with continuous monitoring governing exposure on every position. All investments nonetheless carry risk, including the possible loss of capital.

7. Withdrawals

To withdraw your capital, submit a written request with 60 days' notice. Funds are returned via the same method as your original deposit (bank transfer, USDT, etc.). Monthly profit distributions are credited automatically and may be received separately.

8. Lock-In Period

A 2-month minimum lock-in period applies to all investments from the date capital is deposited and active management begins.

9. KYC & AML

We comply with all applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. We may request additional documentation at any time to verify identity, source of funds, or for ongoing compliance monitoring.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your personal and financial information with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Pakistani data protection laws.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship subject to the lock-in period and notice requirements set out above. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
